ASO Customer Invoices Guide

Use the ASO Customer Invoice screen when the company uses QBM's ASO invoice type and needs specialized line fields such as GNY, CTN, PCS, weight, rate, job, and delivery status.

Overview

ASO Customer Invoice is a specialized customer invoice used by companies whose QBM module is configured for the ASO invoice type. It supports normal invoice information plus additional operational fields that are important for cargo, delivery, weight, rate, and job-based invoicing.

Availability: If the ASO invoice menu or ASO invoice headers are not visible, the company may not be using the ASO invoice type, or the current user may not have access.

Where To Find It

Typical path: Customers > Create Sales Invoice (Cargo / ASO).

Exact menu wording can vary by edition and customization. ASO-specific setup is also connected to QBM Options where ASO invoice headers may be maintained for ASO companies.
