Overview
Tab Path: Managements > Promotions > Applied Promotions
Promotion setup explains what should happen. Applied Promotions shows what actually happened on live activity.
This makes the applied-promotion screens useful for support, internal review, and customer query follow-up.
Main Screens
| Screen | Tab Path | Use It For |
|---|---|---|
| Applied Promotion List | Managements > Promotions > Applied Promotion List | Review the promotional events that were triggered. |
| Applied Promotion Form | Managements > Promotions > Applied Promotion | Open the high-level applied promotion record. |
| Applied Promotion Detail List | Managements > Promotions > Applied Promotion Detail List | Inspect the line-level or detailed promotional effect. |
How It Works
- When a promotion rule is used in a transaction, QBM can store an applied-promotion record for later review.
- The list and detail screens are useful when a user needs to confirm which rule was used and whether the expected reward was granted.
- This is a review area, not the place where the original promotion rule is designed.
Recommended Workflow
- Open the applied-promotion list and filter to the date, customer, or transaction you need.
- Open the matching record and confirm which promotion appears to have been triggered.
- Use the detail list to review the item-level or discount-level outcome if needed.
- If the result looks wrong, compare it with the original promotion setup guide and the transaction itself.
Best Practice
- Use applied-promotion review before changing active promotion rules.
- Check both the source transaction and the applied-promotion record when investigating complaints.
- Keep promotion names and rule names clear so the review screens are easier to read.
