Overview
Tab Path: Managements > Partners > Loyalty Members List / Loyalty Transactions
Once the loyalty program exists, the operational work moves to members and their transaction history.
These screens help users enroll people, review balances, and investigate how points or rewards changed.
Main Screens
| Screen | Tab Path | Use It For |
|---|---|---|
| Loyalty Members List | Managements > Partners > Loyalty Members List | Search and review enrolled loyalty members. |
| Loyalty Member Details | Managements > Partners > Loyalty Member Details | Maintain an individual member record. |
| Loyalty Transactions | Managements > Partners > Loyalty Transactions | Review reward earning, redemption, and adjustment history. |
How It Works
- Members belong to a loyalty program and should be linked accurately to the correct customer or contact record.
- Transaction history is the main place to investigate why a balance changed.
- If a customer query is about points, the member record and the transaction list should be reviewed together.
Recommended Workflow
- Enroll the member against the correct customer or contact record.
- Confirm the correct loyalty program before you start real transactions.
- Use the transaction list whenever you need to explain a points balance or reward history.
- Keep inactive or duplicate member records under control to avoid confusion at the counter or in support.
Best Practice
- Avoid duplicate member records for the same person.
- Review loyalty balances through the transaction list before making manual corrections.
- Keep enrollment details updated when customer contact information changes.
