Overview
Tab Path: Managements > Partners > Loyalty List
A loyalty program defines how your business rewards repeat customers. QBM keeps program setup separate from member activity so the rules can be managed centrally.
This guide focuses on the program side of loyalty. Member enrollment and transaction review are covered in the companion loyalty member guide.

How It Works
- The loyalty program holds the reward structure and the conditions under which the program is available.
- Members and loyalty transactions should always be tied back to a clear, active program.
- Promotions and loyalty should be reviewed together when both can affect customer discounts or benefits.
Recommended Workflow
- Create the loyalty program with a clear business name and scope.
- Review the program rules with the operational team before activating it for real customers.
- Test the program with a small internal example before broad rollout.
- Monitor customer feedback and transaction behavior after launch and adjust the program if needed.
Best Practice
- Keep one clear active program per intended customer audience whenever possible.
- Document how points are earned and how they are redeemed so support can explain it consistently.
- Review expiry rules and customer communication before going live.
