Overview
The Promotion Applicability screen tells QBM where the promotion can apply. It is the part that decides whether the rule should affect a specific item, category, or customer.
| Column | Meaning |

| Promotion Rule | Selects the rule that these applicability rows belong to. |
| Category | Uses the promotion for all eligible items in the selected category. |
| Item | Restricts the promotion to one specific item. |
| Customer | Restricts the promotion to one selected customer. When empty, the promotion is available for all customers that meet the other conditions. |
| Minimum Price | Requires the selling price to be at or above a set level before the promotion applies. |
| Maximum Discount | Caps the discount amount for safety and control. |
Good practice: keep applicability as specific as needed. The clearer the item, category, and customer rules are, the easier it is to predict how the promotion will behave in live sales.
