Undeposited Payments is used to review amounts that have been received but not yet added to a bank deposit. This helps users separate the receipt stage from the deposit stage.

A payment can be received first and deposited later. Undeposited Payments shows what is still waiting so the user can prepare an accurate deposit and avoid missing or duplicate entries.
